I am a Registered Social Worker with a Masters in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary. I am dedicated to helping people live a life that is meaningful and memorable. I have a passion for working with adults to address trauma, burnout, chronic stress, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, emotional regulation, mental health management, and life transitions. Being vulnerable and committing to seeing a therapist is courageous, which is why developing a trusting therapeutic relationship is at the heart of how I practice. Together we will find a way of working together that feels safe, comfortable, and promotes a sense of belonging.
My approach is grounded in a collaborative and trauma-informed lens. I believe each person I work with is their own expert of their life. We will work together to help you deeply explore and make sense of difficult periods, uncover your resilience, and work towards being your best version of yourself. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities and have experience with the following; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and EMDR.
